Patrick is a consultant providing interim leadership, strategy, and team building services for businesses of all sizes. A 45-year Arizona resident, he and his wife raised their three sons in the Cave Creek area. Patrick’s career spans nearly 40 years, mostly in nonprofits, including being founder and CEO of the Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits for 10 years, founder of NPower Arizona and CEO of The Cosanti Foundation. He is an adjunct professor at Arizona State University, teaching courses in philanthropy and nonprofit management. He has also served on nonprofit boards locally and nationally, including Herberger Theater and Chair of the National Council of Nonprofits, among others. He also has a background as a lobbyist at the Arizona state legislature for education and environmental causes. Patrick is a 2011 Flinn-Brown Civic Leadership Academy Fellow and a 2004 graduate of Valley Leadership. He earned a B.A. in political science and M.P.A. in public administration from Arizona State University.
