While spending most of his life in the Mid-West Bill fell in love with the Sonoran Desert on his first visit to Carefree many years ago.

His interest in the Land Trust was a natural fit and he particularly enjoys leading hikes both to the Cave of Creek Cave and the P. A. Seitts Preserve.

Bill is fascinated by the History of the Desert Foothills and shares his knowledge and research with hike participants. His favorite pastime is fishing in a remote mountain stream. He is committed to the mission of the Land Trust and is excited about its future.
