Now construction and expansion threaten the beauty of our desert and all it has to offer. Our children see more shopping malls than Sagauro cactus. Desert Foothills Land Trust 25th Anniversary
In 1991 Desert Foothills Land Trust (Land Trust) became an incorporated nonprofit organization. From that moment on the Land Trust has worked diligently to protect the natural beauty and wonder of the Sonoran Desert. The efforts of the Land Trust gained financial support from both the Cave Creek Improvement Association and the Foothills Community Foundation.
