Michael Stephan brings over thirty years of nonprofit leadership and development experience with the United Ways in Peoria (Illinois), Washington DC, Phoenix, and Oklahoma City. In addition, Michael has served in a leadership capacity on many nonprofit Boards in central Illinois including the CEO Council, Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Council, and Arts Partners. Michael and his wife, Karen, live in Cave Creek and enjoy hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends. They have two children, both married and living in Wisconsin.
