Ann has worked in the private and public sector with a primary focus on performance improvement and training development. Her last position with Bureau of Land Management as a training consultant most prepared her to work for a land trust. There she had an opportunity to learn a lot about public land management as she worked with the scientists dedicated to preserving the water, wildlife, vegetative, cultural, and recreational resources on public lands.
She holds a Bachelor of Vocational Education from Florida International University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
Ann believes strongly in giving back to the community where she lives and has been very involved in community volunteer opportunities. She has held leadership positions for several local organizations. She continues to be active with Black Canyon Heritage Park, Public Lands Foundation, and Anthem Area Chamber of Commerce. She is energized to bring her experience and passion to the Land Trust.
