Burnstein Easement

The Burnstein Conservation Easement, while small, is crucial in connecting the Preserve at the Cave and the Yucca Crossing conservation easements. The conservation easement protects the sensitive riparian area along Cave Creek Wash, including important habitat for a variety of wildlife species who use the wash as a movement corridor.

The Land Trust offers guided tours to the Preserve at the Cave up to six times per year.
