Desert Foothills Land Trust is partnering with the Town of Cave Creek to facilitate the purchase of 4,000 acres of State Trust land designated as open space. These open space lands will connect several land trust properties and county parks, and will form a conservation and recreation corridor from the Phoenix Sonoran Preserve to the Tonto National Forest.

The Land Trust, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is acting as the fiduciary agent for the funds being raised for this initiative. Donations designated for F.O.R.C.E. will be used solely for the purchase of State Trust Land to be set aside as permanent open space and may be tax deductible.
